What the assessment covers

We look at your business through four lenses:

  • Operations: Where are people spending time on work that shouldn't need a person? Scheduling, intake, data entry, follow-up, reporting.
  • Revenue: Where is money leaking? Missed leads, slow follow-up, inconsistent marketing, no-shows, underpriced work.
  • Communication: How are inbound calls, emails, and messages being handled? What happens when no one is available?
  • Technology: What tools are already in place? What integrates cleanly, what doesn't, and what should be replaced.

What you get out of it

A clear, prioritized engagement plan. Not a report full of observations. A specific list of what we'd build first, why, and what outcome we'd expect. If the ROI case isn't obvious, we'll say that too. We'd rather tell you up front than six months into an engagement that wasn't going to move the needle.

How long it takes

The discovery call is 60 minutes. We follow up with a written engagement plan within three business days. There's no obligation to move forward. But most clients do, because the plan makes the path clear.

What comes next

If the plan looks right, we move into the Implement phase: building the tools, integrations, and AI systems the assessment identified. Scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed before we start anything.

Common questions about the assessment

Is there a cost for the assessment?

The initial 15-minute call is free. The full 60-minute discovery session and written engagement plan are priced as part of the overall engagement discussion. There is no charge to find out whether a project makes sense.

What do I need to prepare before the assessment?

Nothing formal. We'll ask about your business during the call. It helps to have a rough sense of which parts of your operation feel most manual or most leaky, but we'll surface that together if you haven't thought it through.

What if the assessment shows AI isn't the right move?

We'll tell you. Sometimes the right answer is a simpler workflow or a different tool. We don't build for the sake of building, and we don't upsell projects that won't pay off.
