How engagements are structured
No two engagements look the same because no two businesses are the same. Depending on what the assessment shows, work can be structured as:
- Project-based: A defined scope, fixed deliverable, and clear timeline. Common for standalone builds or one-time implementations.
- Retainer: Ongoing access and capacity for businesses with evolving needs or multiple implementation streams running at once.
- Subscription: Recurring management and support for deployed systems. Typically follows a project build and transitions into the Run phase.
What we integrate with
We build against the tools and platforms you already use: your scheduling software, your CRM, your communications stack, your accounting platform. We don't ask you to switch to new systems unless the current ones genuinely can't support the work. Most of the time, they can.
Full-spectrum builds
For companies that want more than a single function automated, we scope and manage the entire environment. A full-spectrum build means a complete agentic AI operating system: sales, marketing, finance, HR, and operations running together as a single integrated system. These engagements are structured as retainers or long-term partnerships, with K.ore acting as your AI systems team on an ongoing basis.
Security on every engagement
Every implementation involves access to sensitive information: client records, financial data, business processes, and proprietary workflows. Our dedicated security team is part of every engagement. Architecture, access controls, and data handling protocols are reviewed and defined before we build anything. Security is a design requirement, not a post-launch patch.
What comes after
Most clients move into the Run phase after the initial build: ongoing management of the systems we built, performance tracking, and continuous iteration. If you want to bring implementation in-house over time, we support that too. We'll document everything and train whoever is taking it on.
