Phase 03 — Run
Most AI projects fail after launch. Ours don't.
Implementation without ongoing management is where AI goes to die. We stay on as your execution partner: monitoring the systems we built, tracking what's working, and fixing what isn't. Without you needing to manage any of it.
What ongoing management includes
- System monitoring and uptime management for all deployed AI agents and automations
- Monthly performance reporting in plain language, not dashboards you need to decode
- Continuous iteration: adjusting what isn't performing, expanding what is
- Integration maintenance as the tools you use update and change over time
- Priority access for new build requests as your operation evolves
What you don't deal with
You don't manage the technology. You don't troubleshoot integrations when they break. You don't learn a new platform or manage a vendor relationship. You run your business. We handle the systems that support it.
How it's priced
Ongoing management is typically structured as a monthly subscription, sized to the number of active systems and the complexity of the work involved. Scope is agreed after the initial implementation so there are no surprises.
If you want to bring it in-house
Some clients eventually want to own the systems themselves. We support that. We'll document everything, train whoever is taking over, and stay available as a resource after the handoff. Most clients choose to keep us on. Some don't need to. Both are fine outcomes.
The systems we build, we also manage.
Start with the assessment. If we build it, we'll run it.
